About the Counselor

Although counseling is all about YOU, sometimes people feel more comfortable opening up if they know at least a little bit about me. I am a Portland, Oregon native. I love the outdoors, enjoy skiing, hiking, yoga and spending time with my friends and family. One of my favorite passions is traveling overseas.

I take my job very seriously and feel privileged to work in this profession. I am constantly growing as a professional by attending continuing education classes and through independent study. 

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology of San Diego. My Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology was earned from the University of Montana. I have experience with inpatient crisis counseling, community mental health, school counseling, and private practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.
